JOB SUMMARY:
The Evening Administrator ensures uninterrupted hospital operations during evening hours by monitoring patient care
services, supervising staff, managing grievances, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. The incumbent represents
COO/top management in evening shifts, safeguarding service quality, patient safety, and financial controls.
- Supervise daily hospital operations in evening hours ensuring continuity of services.
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, and emergency flow
- Ensure effective patient feedback handling and grievance resolution
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance of evening staff.
- Liaise with nursing, medical, and support staff for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with evening billing, cash handling, and revenue collection.
- Suggest financial controls and cost-saving measures.
- Verify daily financial reports and escalate discrepancies.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate observations to COO.
- Manage dashboards and reporting systems for evening operations.
- Ensure housekeeping, maintenance, and safety measures are in place.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, overtime, and staff issues.
- Recommend operational improvements to COO/top management.
- Assist in implementing hospital-wide projects, policies, and strategies.
- Promote patient-centric and quality-driven culture in evening operations.
- Smooth and uninterrupted functioning of hospital during evening hours.
- Timely resolution of patient grievances and high patient satisfaction.
- Staff discipline, accountability, and performance adherence.
- Compliance with SOPs, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.
