JOB SUMMARY:
The Architect will be responsible for the planning, design, and development of hospital infrastructure in accordance with healthcare regulations and functional requirements. The role demands creativity, technical expertise, and close coordination with engineers, consultants, and hospital management to ensure practical, aesthetic, and patient-centered design solutions.
- Develop functional architectural designs and layouts for hospital buildings, OPDs, wards, diagnostic centers, and renovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare design codes, safety regulations, and infection control protocols
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction work and ensure design adherence.
- Collaborate with civil, MEP engineers, and interior designers for integrated project delivery.
- Liaise with hospital administration and end-users to understand operational needs.
- Assist in preparing feasibility reports, BOQs, cost estimates, and design proposals
- Evaluate and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups.
- Ensure space utilization, accessibility, and sustainability in all designs
- Participate in vendor meetings, technical evaluations, and project briefings
